1 pkg frozen chopped spinach thawed & water squeezed out

3lb block of cream cheese
1 1/2 cups of fresh shredded parmesean cheese
2stsp fresh onion powder
Mix all and place in casserole dish , heat at 350 for 20 min or until bubbling.
