Crunchy Asian Salad 1 envelope Italian season dressing mix ½ c sugar 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 pkg (3 oz) ramen noodles crunch up & discard seasoning pkt or reserve for another use 1 pkg coleslaw blend 4 green onions sliced ½ c roasted sunflower seeds 1//2 c sliced almonds Prepare dressing in small bowl as directed on envelope. Stir in sugar & soy sauce. Break noodles & place in very large bowl. Add coleslaw blend, onions, sunflower seeds, and almonds. Mix lightly. Add dressing & toss to coat. |
